Back in 2015, Savage Roots truly began as a small T-shirt and decal business on Etsy. What started as a creative outlet quickly grew into one of Etsy’s Top 5% businesses, keeping Ciara working around the clock and realizing something big:

It was where her heart was.
While in business school, that passion evolved. What began as tees and decals shifted into something deeper, women’s clothing. And with that shift came a new discovery: the real joy wasn’t just in selling something cute… it was in connecting with women and helping them feel confident and spreading some happiness.

About the Owners
Hi I am Ciara, one of the owners of Savage Roots! We are owned and operated by husband and wife duo, Me and my husband Daniel!
I play the roll of the heart and creative force behind the brand. From late nights building the business to hand-picking every piece that hits the racks today, my passion has always been about more than clothes, it’s about connection. I am always the one obsessing over new arrivals, styling outfits, talking trends, and making sure every woman who walks through the doors or shops with us online feels welcomed and seen.
Daniel is the steady backbone behind the scenes. While Ciara dreams it up, Daniel helps bring it to life handling logistics, organization, operations, and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day and balances out my ADD self! He’s the strength that keeps the chaos moving in the right direction.
Together, we are so blessed to see Savage Roots go from a small online business into two storefronts and a growing online community — all rooted right here in Louisiana.
