Shipping policy
All orders are processed ( Ready to be dropped off with shipping service ) within 1 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We strive to get your order out to you as quickly as possible! Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped from our facility.
Once your order has been shipped and handed off to USPS, estimated transit times are:
- USPS Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
What are business days?
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or holidays.
Please note: Shipping times listed above are estimates provided by USPS and may vary. Once your package leaves our hands, we are not able to control postal delays.
- Savage Roots is not responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
- Once an item is dropped off at USPS, it is out of our control. We have no affiliation with USPS and cannot control shipping times or delivery. Contact USPS for any issues.
Tracking Information:
- Please allow 1 day for your tracking information to show.
- Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. The shipping label is printed with the address exactly as it is left at checkout. Please reach out to us if the address was left incorrect. In some instances we are not able to update before shipping.
- We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- We are not able to cancel orders or make edits once placed.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up . We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
